The Director of the Diplomatic Institute receives His Excellency Mr.Elvin Hakorja, Charge d'Affaires of the Republic of Albania to the State of Qatar.

His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Mohammad Al-Horr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute, received his Excellency Mr. Ervin Hakria, Charge d'Affaires of the Republic of Albania to the State of Qatar, in an official visit aimed at strengthening diplomatic relations between the two countries.

During the meeting, both parties discussed ways to enhance mutual cooperation between the Diplomatic Institute and diplomatic institutions in the Republic of Albania, with a focus on exchanging expertise in diplomatic training and fostering academic and educational collaboration between the two nations.

H.E. Mr. Ervin Hakria praised the efforts of the Diplomatic Institute in developing diplomatic skills and enhancing the capabilities of diplomats in various fields. He emphasized the importance of such programs in strengthening international relations and building bridges of understanding between different cultures.

In turn, H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Her reaffirmed the Diplomatic Institute’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with all diplomatic missions, highlighting that such visits contribute to opening new horizons for future collaboration in the fields of diplomatic training and education.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides agreed to further strengthen the cooperation between the Diplomatic Institute and the Republic of Albania, reflecting the commitment of both countries to develop and expand bilateral relations across various sectors.
