The training courses which are organized by the Institute aim at habilitating newly recruits at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as senior employees who need upgrading. Thus, they are prepared to better perform their missions, provide the most honorable representation of the country, reflecting its special status and active role in the international community, while improving their knowledge of international relations, and the principles that govern interaction between states, international organizations and institutions, etc...
Since its establishment, the Institute has organized multiple specialized training courses for various diplomatic staff inside the Ministry and outside it. Some of which were for capacity-building, and some others for development. The Institute's strategy is focused on habilitating the newly enrolled employees at the Ministry, as this is important for its current workflow, and required with the hiring of new diplomatic staff and the expansion of the country's diplomatic representation abroad. We also execute various programs for employees to enable them to represent Qatar in the best way possible and perform their mission effectively and efficiently.
