A professional training program aimed at developing the knowledge, skills, and functional competencies of members of the diplomatic corps throughout their careers, within a structured framework for continuous professional learning and development that aligns with the requirements of various job levels. The program contributes to enhancing performance efficiency and promoting lifelong learning. It is also considered one of the approved professional requirements for promotion to higher ranks within the diplomatic corps, in accordance with established regulations and specified timeframes.
To develop the professional and knowledge capacities of diplomats and enable them to acquire the skills required for each job level, thereby enhancing performance efficiency and meeting the demands of diplomatic work.
All members of the diplomatic corps across all job levels, from Minister Plenipotentiary to Diplomatic Attaché.
Training courses range from two to three days per course, and the program is implemented throughout the year in accordance with the approved plan.
Areas of diplomatic work related to enhancing the performance of diplomatic corps members, including political and international issues, negotiation and diplomatic communication skills, multilateral work, legal and economic aspects, and emerging topics connected with developments in the regional and international environment, in line with an annually updated plan that reflects the priorities and requirements of diplomatic work.
