Tahdeer Preparation Program (1)

 

Program Overview

 A training program designed to prepare diplomats assigned to work in Qatar’s embassies and diplomatic missions abroad. It focuses on enhancing their professional readiness to meet the requirements of diplomatic work in international environments and is considered a mandatory preparatory program prior to assuming duties in overseas missions.

 

Target Group

Diplomats assigned to work in embassies, representations, and missions abroad, from Minister Plenipotentiary to Diplomatic Attaché.

 

Program Objective

To enable participants to acquire the practical skills and professional knowledge necessary for working in overseas missions, enhance professional performance, and reinforce adherence to diplomatic conduct in accordance with established norms and protocols.

 

Program Duration

Determined based on transfer decisions and the available timeframe.

 

Program Areas

Diplomatic work in a bilateral context, protocol and diplomatic representation, negotiation and mediation, preparation of political and economic reports, diplomatic and media communication, and consular, administrative, and security aspects related to work abroad.
