Tasis (Foundation Program)

 

Program Overview

A training program dedicated to preparing and qualifying newly recruited employees nominated to join the diplomatic corps, through an integrated training curriculum that combines theoretical and practical components. The program equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills required to effectively undertake diplomatic work. It is considered a mandatory initial qualification stage that establishes a solid knowledge base and professional foundation for carrying out diplomatic duties in line with approved frameworks.

 

Program Objective

To enable participants to acquire foundational knowledge and essential professional skills for diplomatic work, and to build the necessary readiness to perform diplomatic duties in accordance with approved frameworks.

 

Target Group

New employees nominated to join the diplomatic corps.


Program Duration

Five months

 

Program Areas

Fundamentals of diplomatic work, including foreign policy, international relations, international law, protocol and official representation, as well as skills in analysis, negotiation, and diplomatic communication. The program also covers language development, keeping pace with digital transformation in diplomatic work, and the preparation of diplomatic reports and memoranda.
