Director of the Diplomatic Institute Receives a Delegation from the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College

His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Mohamed Al-Horr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute, received a delegation from the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College (RDFCSC) in an official visit aimed at enhancing mutual cooperation between the institute and the Rwanda Defence Forces in academic and diplomatic training fields.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in diplomatic and military training, with a focus on exchanging expertise in leadership, military management, and diplomacy. Emphasis was placed on enhancing the skills of military leaders in the areas of diplomatic communication and negotiation at both regional and international levels.
For their part, the delegation expressed their deep appreciation for the academic and training programs offered by the institute, highlighting the importance of these programs in preparing qualified personnel capable of addressing international challenges in both military and diplomatic fields.
For his part, His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Mohamed Al-Horr emphasized the importance of such meetings in strengthening cooperation frameworks between the institute and military educational institutions worldwide, noting the institute's readiness to deepen cooperation with the Rwanda Defence Forces in all relevant areas.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides affirmed the necessity of enhancing cooperation between the Diplomatic Institute and the Rwanda Defence Forces Command and Staff College to serve mutual interests and strengthen bilateral cooperation in various military and diplomatic fields.
