The Director of the Diplomatic Institute Receives H.E. Mr. Plamen Stankov Delev, The Ambassador of Bulgaria to the State of Qatar

His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Horr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute, received His Excellency Mr. Plamen Stankov Delev, Ambassador of Bulgaria to the State of Qatar, on an official visit aimed at enhancing cooperation between the institute and Bulgarian diplomacy.

During the meeting, ways to strengthen cooperation in the field of diplomatic training and the exchange of academic expertise were discussed, in addition to the importance of developing programs that contribute to enhancing the skills of diplomats in both countries.

His Excellency Ambassador Blagoj Stankov Dilev expressed his appreciation for the training programs provided by the institute, commending their role in improving diplomats' capabilities and enhancing their performance in dealing with international issues.

For his part, His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Horr emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation with the Republic of Bulgaria in diplomatic and educational fields, noting the institute's commitment to strengthening its relations with brotherly and friendly countries.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed to enhance the cooperation frameworks between the institute and the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in a way that serves mutual interests and strengthens the bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Bulgaria.
