The Director of the Diplomatic Institute Receives H.E. Mrs. Florence Tinguely Mattli, The Ambassador of Switzerland to the State of Qatar

His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Horr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute, received Her Excellency Florence Tinguely Mattli, Ambassador of Switzerland to the State of Qatar, on an official visit aimed at enhancing the cooperation frameworks between the institute and Swiss diplomacy.

During the meeting, ways to strengthen cooperation in the field of diplomatic training and exchange of academic expertise were discussed, in addition to discussing the importance of developing programs that contribute to enhancing the skills of diplomats in both countries.

Her Excellency Ambassador Florence Tinguely Mattli expressed her gratitude for the training programs provided by the institute, emphasizing their significant role in enhancing the capabilities of diplomats and preparing them to face global challenges.

For his part, His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Mohammed Al-Horr highlighted the importance of strengthening cooperation with Switzerland in diplomatic and educational fields, pointing out the institute's keenness to expand cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries in these areas.

At the conclusion of the meeting, it was confirmed that there is a need to further enhance the cooperation frameworks between the institute and the Swiss Embassy, in a way that serves mutual interests and strengthens the bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and Switzerland.
