The Director of the Diplomatic Institute Receives H.E.Mr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Suwar Al-Dahab, Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to the State of Qatar

His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Horr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute, received His Excellency Mr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Suwar Al-Dahab, Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan to the State of Qatar, at the Institute's headquarters.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed avenues for enhancing cooperation between the Diplomatic Institute and its counterparts in Sudan, particularly in the areas of diplomatic training, capacity-building, and the organization of joint academic programs that contribute to the development of diplomatic personnel in both countries.

Dr. Al-Horr emphasized the depth of Qatari-Sudanese relations and the importance of strengthening academic and diplomatic collaboration to serve mutual interests and reflect the historic ties between the two peoples.

For his part, Ambassador Suwar Al-Dahab expressed his appreciation for the Institute’s role in building diplomatic competencies, noting Sudan’s interest in expanding institutional cooperation in this field to support its diplomatic efforts on regional and international platforms.
