His Excellency Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al-Horr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received in his office at the Ministry, Major General R A Elmi, the Commandant of Kenya National Defence College and his accompanying delegation on the sidelines of his recent visit to the country.

During the meeting, Dr. Al-Horr listened to a presentation on the competencies of the National Defence College of the Republic of Kenya.

HE also introduced a presentation on the Diplomatic Institute's competence and role in preparing diplomats.
