
The course included a series of lectures and specialized workshops covering key topics such as: International Foreign Policy, International Cooperation, Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, International Organizations, and International Mediation.
The International Organizations module was presented by H.E. Sheikha Hanouf Abdulrahman Al-Thani, Director of the International Organizations Department, who provided an in-depth overview of the structure and functions of international organizations in the global arena. Her session also highlighted the State of Qatar’s distinguished participation in these organizations and its contributions to promoting multilateral cooperation.
The International Mediation module was delivered by H.E. Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab, who shared his extensive experience in the field. His Excellency added substantial practical insight and engaged directly with the participants, answering their questions and fostering a dynamic discussion.
This initiative reflects the Diplomatic Institute’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with military and academic institutions in Qatar and to preparing national cadres for careers in foreign policy and multilateral diplomacy.
