As part of its ongoing efforts to prepare and empower Qatari diplomatic personnel, the Diplomatic Institute recently organized a training workshop titled "Knowledge Transfer", as part of the foundational program 1 for the year 2025, which aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in various aspects of diplomatic work.

The workshop hosted several distinguished diplomats, including:

• H.E. Ambassador Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Subaiey, Director of the Consular Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
• H.E. Ambassador Bader bin Omar Al Dafa, Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Climate Change and Sustainability,
• H.E. Ambassador Fahad bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah, Ambassador Extraordinary and plenipotentiary.

During the session, Their Excellencies shared their rich professional experiences and offered practical insights into the challenges and opportunities diplomats face in the field. They highlighted the importance of adapting to regional and global changes, strengthening communication skills, and engaging in multilateral diplomacy, consular affairs, and climate diplomacy.

This workshop reaffirms the Diplomatic Institute’s commitment to shaping the next generation of Qatari diplomats by providing practical learning experiences that contribute to their development in the field of international relations.
