H.E. Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Yusuf Al-Horr, Director of the Diplomatic Institute, received H.E. Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Sheikh Ali, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to the State of Qatar, within the framework of discussing ways to strengthen relations between the two brotherly countries.

During the meeting, the depth of the bilateral relations between the State of Qatar and the Federal Republic of Somalia was reaffirmed, along with both sides’ commitment to enhancing them in a manner that serves mutual interests.

This meeting comes within the framework of the Diplomatic Institute’s commitment to strengthening its academic and institutional relations with counterpart entities and expanding areas of cooperation in diplomatic training and qualification, in a way that contributes to the exchange of expertise, capacity building, and the development of diplomatic competencies.
