The Diplomatic Institute organized a visit for the diplomats participating in the second constituent program to the German Technology History Exhibition that held at the Islamic Museum Hall on the occasion of the German-Qatari Cultural Year.

HE Mr. Noor Mohammad Khulouf, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the State of Qatar, stressed that the Qatari-Russian relations are developing in various fields, which comes under the directives of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Russian President Vladimir Putin. During a seminar on "Russian-Qatari relations" at the Foreign Ministry's Diplomatic Institute, attended by HE Mrs. Nadia Al-Shaibi, Assistant Director of the Diplomatic Institute, Ambassadors and Diplomats at the Ministry, Russia has supported Qatar's position in the need to resolve the dispute through dialogue, since the outbreak of the Gulf crisis. The Russian ambassador said that HH Amir's visit to Russia last year and his meeting with President Putin gave a strong impetus to the development the relations.
